A PARCEL MAP IN ACXX>RDANCE WI'IH SECl'ION 66412 (d) OF
SUBDIVISION MAP ACr AS AMENDED JANUARY 1, 1984,
BEIWEEN IJ:Jr 32 AND IJ:Jr 34, MAP OF M:)NTA VISTA PARK,
NORIHERLY OF PAIM AVENUE AND WFSrERLY OF SCENIC CIRCIE
WHEREAS, Riviera Read Associates has requested a lot line adjustment
as shCMn on that certain map entitled, ''Map of Menta vista Park", just
northerly of Palm Avenue and westerly of scenic Circle, and more
particularly described in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B"; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel
map is required; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with section 66412 (d) of the SUbdivision Map
Act, this adjustment may be made without filin;¡' a parcel map;
NCM, 'IHEREroRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
CUpertino hereby approves the corrected lot line adjusment and exenpts it
from the requirements of the parcel map.
'!his resolution shall be recorded at the Office of the County
Recorder .
