AUIHORIZING EXEaJ'I'ION OF ~ DEED OF IJ:1r 195,
TRACI' 7993, SEVEN SPRINGS DEVEIDæENl',
'IQ '!HE GREX;()RY GRaJP, INC.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of CUpertino at its meeting of
July 3, 1990, established that the GregoIy Group, Inc. has fulfilled its
park fee obligation relative to the Seven Sprin;Js Development; and
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized the staff to release IDt 195,
Tract No 7993 used as contin;¡'ent to fulfill GregoIy Group I s park
dedication in-lieu fee for the Seven Sprin;Js revelopment.
NOW, 'lHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby authorizes
the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute the Quitclaim Deed of IDt 195,
Tract No. 7993, to the GregoIy Group, Inc.
PASSED AND AOOPl'ED at a regular meetin;J of the City Council of the
