21000 STEVENS CREEK BOOIEVARD
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed.
iltprovement agreement between the City of CUpertino and developer M. S.
Partnership, a California General Partnership, dba Ia Mancha Development
Can'pany for the installation of certain municipal iJrprovements at 21000
Stevens Creek Boulevard (southeast corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and
Stellin;¡' Read) and said agreement havin;¡' been approved by the city
Attorney, and Developer havin;¡' paid the fees as outlined in the attached
Exhibit A;
NCM, 'IHERE:}ut<t;, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to sign the aforarentioned agreement in behalf of the
City of CUpertino.
