WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a p1:~
inprovement agreement between the City of CUpertino and developer West
Valley Properties, Inc., a California Co:t:pOration, for the installation of
certain municipal inprovements at 19400 stevens Creek Boolevard and said
agreement havin;¡' been approved by the City Attorney, and Developer havin;¡'
paid the fees as outlined in the attached Exhibit A;
