WHEREAS, James K. Kaschrnitter and Ursula K. Kaschrnitter have executed
a Grant of Easement for Roadway Puzposes which is in good and sufficient
fcmn, conveyin;¡' to the City of CUpertino, County of Santa Clara, state of
California, easement over certain real property situate in the City of
CUpertino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B",
attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follOlr/S:
All that certain real property situate in the city of
CUpertino, County of Santa Clara, state of California,
consistin;¡' of approxÌ1!Iately .01 acre, on Orange Avenue
south of Granada Avenue.
NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of CUpertino accept said
Grant so ten:lered; and
IT IS FURIHER RESOLVED that the city Clerk is hereby authorized to
record said Grant and this Resolution.

Clara, California and described as follows:

Beginning at the most southeasterly corner of lot 95 as shown on that
certain Map entitled, "Map of Subdivision "A" I~onta Vista", which Þlap ~Ias
filed .for record in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa
Clara, State of California, on April 11, 1917 in Book "P" of Maps, at page
20, thence running North along said lot line a distance of 50 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING¡ thence running along said line north, a distance
of 40.12 feet:said line is also the existing westerly right of way line of
the 15 foot wide (half street) Orange Avenue (25 foot wide half street with
this dedication): thence running west a distance of 10 feet, thence running
south a distance of 40.12 feet; thence running east a distance of 10 feet
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
