WHEREAS, the City eooncil of the City of CUpertino has been presented

procednre for interim ÍJl¡n:cVements of the :Rcute 280/85 interchange; arrl
WHEREAS, the city eooncil has reviewed said MeIooran:ium which is
between the City of CUpertino, the state of Califomia DepartJnent of
Transportation arrl the Traffic Authority; arrl
WHEREAS, the City eooncil approves of the MeIooran:ium of Urñerstarxling;
NCM, nIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor arrl City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute the MeIooran:ium of Urñerstarxling herein
referred to in behalf of the City of CUpertino.
