A RESOLUTICN OF THE CITY aJUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTIID
AUTHœ.IZING EXECUTICN OF DE:\lEIDFMENT AGREEMENT
BE'lWEEN THE CITY OF CUPERTIID AND WESTFIEID, INC.
WHEREAS, Application 1-DA-90, Developnent Agreaænt between the City
of CUpertino and Westfield, Inc., has been awroved by the City Council of
the City of CUpertino; and
WHEREAS, the Developnent Agreanent has been approved by the Director
of Public W:>rks, the Director of Conmunity Developnent and the City
Attorney;
NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute the Developnent Agreaænt herein referred to
in behalf of the City of CUpertino.
PASSED AND ADOPl'ED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of CUpertino this 1st day of JUly, 1991, by the following vote:
