CC Resolution No. 8260 RESOIDI'ION NO. 8260 A RESOIDI'ION OF THE CITY <XXJNCIL OF THE CITY OF aJPERI'INO AUIHORIZING EXEaJI'ION OF IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT BEIWEEN THE CITY AND DEVElOPER L. OON OOFFEY, 10161 CARMEN ROAD WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed improvement ag1:eemellt between the City of CUpertino and developer L. Don ~ffey for the installation of certain IIIln'Ú.cipal :iJI1provements at lOl61 Cannen Road and said agreement having been approved by the City Attorney, and Developer having paid the fees as outlined in the attached Exhibit A; NCM, ~, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the city Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the aforementioned agreement in behalf of the City of CUpertino.
