WHEREAS, L. Don Coffey and Judith L. Coffey have executed a Grant of
Easement for Roadway J?urposes which is in good an:l sufficient form
granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, state of
California, easement over certain real property for roadway purposes,
situate in the City of Cupertino, DIOre particularly described in the
attached Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" attached hereto an:l made a part
hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of
Cupertino, Colmty of Santa Clara, state of California,
consisting of approx:iJnately 0.02 acres at the northwest
oo:rner of Janice Avenue an:l Carmen Road.
NCM, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of CUpertino aa:ept said

IT IS FURlHER RESOLVED that the city Clerk is hereby authorized to
