A RESOIlJI'ION OF THE CITY <XXJNcn. OF '!HE CITY OF aJPERI'INO
AUIHORIZING EXECm'ION OF IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT BEIWEEN
THE CITY AND DEVEIDPER JAMIS MAC NIVEN, 10100 DEANZA BXJIEVARD
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the city Council a proposed
ÌlTprovement agreement between the City of CUpertino and developer Jamis
Mac Niven for the installation of certain nnmicipal ÌlTprovements at 10100
DeAnza Boulevard and said agreement having been approved by the City
Attorney, and Developer having paid the fees as outlined in the attached
Exhibit A;
NCM, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to sign the aforementioned agreement in behalf of the
city of CUpertino.
