A RESOI1Jl'ION OF '!HE CI'lY CXXJNCIL OF THE CITY OF aJPERl'INO
APffiOVING APPLICATIOO l-GPA-90, CITY OF aJPERl'INO
WHEREAS, the city Council as a part of the cc:mprehensive General Plan
study, has reviewed the reo:> ·,.,,p-rœtions of the Planning Ccmmission
regarding amen:hnents to the Housing Element of the General Plan and has
held p,mlic hearings involving many citizens, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has concluded its deliberations relative to
the General Plan A1roerxhnent.
WHEREAS, the amerdments are required to maintain the established
General Plan goals and policies, and are consistent with other General
Plan elements, and meet the requirements of state law.
NeW, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the City Council hereby adopts an amerdment to the Housing
Element of the General Plan.
2. That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor to en:1orse said
adoption
