said "Quitclaim Deed and Authorization" so tendered; and
IT IS FURIHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby
authorized to record said "Quitcla:iJn Deed and Authorization" and this
Resolution.

All that certain real property situRte in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, being
portions of Sections 6 and 14-A of "MAP OF INSPHATION l'OINT,
MONTA VISTA", filed in Book P of Maps at Paße 18. Santa Clara
County Official Hecords, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of Cupertino
Road (formerly Stevens Creek Road), 40 feet in width, distant
thereon Easterly 5.00 feet from the Northwest corner of Sec-
tion 6; thence along said Southerly line Easterly 100.12 feet;
thence leaving said line and parallel with the divid1ng line
between Sections 6 and 14-A Southerly 100.12 feet; thence
along the Southerly line of said Section 14-A and Section 6,
Westerly 100.12 feet to a point which is distant Easterly
5.00 feet from the Southwest corner of said Section 6; thence
parallel with the Westerly line of said Section 6, Northerly
