WHERE1!S, Ki Ok Son has executed a "Quitclaim Deed ani Authorization"
which is in good and sufficient fODII, quitclaiming all his rights in and
authorizing the City of CUpertino, County of Santa Clara, state of
California, to extract water from the uOOerground basin, W'ñerlying that
certain real property situate in the city of CUpertino, IIDre particularly
described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the city of
CUpertino, County of Santa Clara, state of California,
as shown ani delineated on the attached plat and description.
MOO, 'lHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said the City of CUpertino accept
said "Quitclaim Deed ani Authorization" so tendered; ani
IT IS FURIHER RESOLVED that the city Clerk be and she is hereby
authorized to record said "Quitclaim Deed and Authorization" and this
Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPl'ED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of CUpertino this l7th day of December , 1990, by the
