read as follows:

Cheryl Kershner is hereby appointed Deputy City Atto:rney.
section 7. i),lties of DepUty City Attornev.
Cheryl Kershner will be the chief prosecuting attorney ani shall
assist at Planning Canunission meetings and when the City Attorney is
unavailable to act as City Attorney for City Council meetings or
othmwise.
