A RESOIlJI'ION OF THE Cl'I'Y CXXJNCIL OF THE Cl'I'Y OF aJPERl'INO
AUIHORIZING EXEaJI'ION OF AME:NIJoIENl' 'IO AGREEMENT BEIWEEN
THE Cl'I'Y OF aJPERl'INO AND THE aJPERl'INO UNION SŒOOL DISTRIcr
FOR THE RJRŒASE OF FmM:)Nl' OWER SŒOOL SITE
WHEREAS, the city of CUpertino and the CUpertino union School District
entered into an a\ Leement for the City to ~ the entire Fren'D11t
Older School site; and
WHEREAS, it was anticipated that the acquisition of said site 1NOUld be
completed. by March 1, 1991; however, there has been a delay until April 3,
1991; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council, "Amerxñuent to
1IgreenIeI1t for Purchase and Sale of Real Property" to amen:i the date to
April 3, 1991.
New, 'llJEREFORE, BE IT :RESOLVED that the city Council hereby approves
the aforE!ll.eJltioned aç Leement and authorizes the Mayor am the city Clerk
to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of CUpertino.

City of CUpertino this l8th day of March , 1991, by the
