WHEREAS, Reynaldo M. and Gina Marin entered into a sale am purchase
agreerrent with the City of CUpertino for property located at 11476 Garden
Terrace Drive, Am 362-30-089; and
WHEREAS, Reynaldo M. and Gina Marin have executed a "Grant Deed" which
is in good and sufficient form granting to the City of CUpertino; county
of Santa Clara, state of Califomia, all that real property situate in the
City of CUpertino m::Ire particularly described in Exhibits "A" am "B"
attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of CUpertino,
County of Santa Clara, state of Califo:rnia described as rot 40, as shown
on that certain map entitled "Tract No. 6767 Garden view Terrace" which
map was filed for record in the Office of the Recorder of the County of
Santa Clara, state of Califo:rnia on April 29, 2980 in Book 462 of Maps, at
pages 49 an 50.
New, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city of CUpertino accepts said
"Grant Deed" so tendered; am
IT IS FURIHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to
record said "Grant Deed".
