WHEREAS, hearing on Resolution of Intention No. 8362 was held on May
6, 1991, at a regular meeting of the City Council at 10300 'Ibrre Avenue,
CUpertino, California; am
WHEREAS, it appears that notice thereof was duly given as required by
law; and
WHEREAS, fran the evidence presented, both oral am documentazy, it
appears to be to the best interest of the City to vacate the hereinafter
descr:ilied p..¡blic service easement; that said portion of said easement is
unnecessazy f= present or prospective p..¡blic street purposes.
New, 'nIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

p..¡blic service easement be and hereby are overruled am denied;
