WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1197 of the City of CUpertino ordains that a
preferential parking zone be established in CUpertino in which parking
will be prohibited in streets as designated by resolution of the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, exarption to such prohibition shall be by parking pennit as
established in said Ordinance.
N::M, 'lliEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said parking shall awly Sunday,
only fram 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
