DEANZA <XH1UNITY CDLŒJGE DISTRIcr, ŒNSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY
0.038 ACRES, MJRE œ. lESS, IDCATED ON THE OORTH SIDE OF MT'f,w.r;r~
ROAD AT ROSE BIDSSGI DRIVE
WHEREAS, Foothill-DeAnza Cœm.mity College District has executed a
Grant of Easaœnt for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient
form, oonveying to the City of CUpertino, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, easaœnt over certain real property for roadway purposes,
situate in the City of CUpertino, IIDre particularly described in Exhibit
"A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as
follows :
All that certain real property situate in the City of CUpertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, oonsistlng of approxi-
mately 0.038 acre, located on the north side of McClellan Road at
Rose Blosscrn Drive.

Na'l, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of CUpertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURIHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to
record said Grant of Easaœnt and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Co1lllcil of the
City of CUpertino this l7th day of June , 1991, by the

EASEMENT FOR BUS DUCKOUT ON DE ANZA COLLEGE
MC CLELLAN ROAD OPPOSITE ROSE BLOSSOM DRIVE
BEGINNING at the intersection of the centerline of McClellan Road
with the centerline of Rose Blossom Drive as shown on that
certain Parcel Map filed June 27, 1973 in Book 325 of Maps at
Page 31, Santa Clara County Records;
THENCE from said POINT OF BEGINNING perpendicular to said
centerline of McClellan Road North 0°02'52" West 30.00 feet to
the northerly line of McClellan Road as shown on said map and the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the easement herein described;

THENCE from said TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING along said northerly
line of McClellan Road South 89°57'08' West 137.00 feet;
THENCE leaving last said line North 74°24'17" East 52.23 feet;
THENCE along a line parallel to said northerly line of McClellan
Road and distant 14.00 feet therefrom North 89°57'08" East 110.00'
feet;
THENCE leaving last said line South 76°54'49" East 61.61 feet to
a point on said northerly line of McCLellan Road;
