A PARCEL MAP IN ACroRDANCE WITH SECl'ION 664l2(d) OF
SUBDIVISION MAP N:!r AS AMENDED JANUARY 1, 1984,
STEVENS CANYCN ROAD JUST WRTHERLY OF SANTA l1JCIA ROAD
WHEREAS, there has been sul:mitted to staff a lot line adjustment
between Parcel A, U>t 24, Map of Inspiration Heights; and Parcel B,
Portion of IDt 28 and all of U>t 29, map of Inspiration Heights; and IIDre
particularly des=ibed in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B"; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel
map is required; and
WHEREAS, in accx>rc3ance with Section 664l2(d) of the SUbdivision Map
Act, this adjustment may be made without filing a parcel map;
NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
CUpertino hereby approves the cx>rrected lot line adjustment and exaIptB it
fran the requiraĊnts of the parcel map.
This resolution shall be recorded at the Office of the County
Recorder .
