A RESOLUTICN OF THE CITY OJUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTII!D
ACCEPTIro QUI'lCLAIM DEED AND AUTHORIZATION FOR
UNDERGROUND WATER RIGIfi'S FRCM RAOOVAN VASO ADZICH
AND HELEN ADZICH, 'mIJS'lEES OF THE ADZICH FAMILY
REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST
WHEREAS, Radovan Vase 1\dzich and Helen 1\dzich, Trustees of the 1\dzich
Family Revocable Living Trust, have executed a "Quitclaim Deed and
Authorization" which is in g:x:xi and sufficient form quitclaiming all their
rights in and authorizing the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
state of Califo:rnia, to extract water fran the underground basin,
underlying that certain real property situate in the City of CUpertino,
IIDre particularly described in the attached Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" ,as
follows :
All that certain real property situate in the City of CUpertino,
County of Santa Clara, state of Califo:rnia, as shown and delineated on
the attached plan and description.
NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of CUpertino accept said
"Quitclaim Deed and Authorization" so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby
authorized to record said "Quitclaim Deed and Authorization" and this
resolution.
PASSED AND AOOPl'ED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of CUpertino this lst day of July, 1991 by the following vote:
