WHEREAS, carl Brown and Martha Kanter have executed a "Quitclajm Deed
and Authorization" which is in çpod and sufficient fo=, quitclaiming all
their rights in and authorizing the City of CUpertino, County of Santa
Clara, State of Califomia, to extract water fran the underground basin,
underlying that certain real property situate in the City of CUpertino,
IIDre particularly described in the attached Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B",
as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of
CUpertino, Co\lllty of Santa Clara, State of Califomia,
as shewn and delineated on the detached plat and description.

"Quitclaim Deed and Authorization" so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER REOOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby
authorized to record said "Quitclaim Deed and Authorization" and this
Resolution.
