WHEREAS, Harold L. Gheno and Antonio M. Gheno, as trustees of Edith E.
Gheno Family Trust, have executed a Grant of Easaœnt for Roadway Purposes
which is in cp:xi am sufficient fODII granting to the City of CUpertino,
County of Santa Clara, state of California, easE!lÆmt over certain real
property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of CUpertino, pre
particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and
made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of CUpertino,
County of Santa Clara, state of California, a:msisting of approxi-
mately 0.541 acres bordering South Blaney Avenue, Rodrigues Avenue,
wilson Park Site and Hall Court.
lU'l, 'l'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of CUpertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FUImIER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to
record said dedication and this Resolution.

City of CUpertino this lSth day of July , 1991, by the

County of Santa Clara, State of California, described as Lots l6 and l7 of map
entitled "Ma}} of the Price S~)division". recorded in Book N of Maps at page 74,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the monument marking the intersection of the centerline, of Price
Avenue and the centerline of Blaney Avenue;
Thence South 000 l2' 29" East along said centerline of Blaney Avenue 550.84
feet to the westerly prolongation of the North line of Tract 8117 as filed for
record in Book 586 of Maps at pages 39 and 40;
Thence North 890 37' 33" East, 20,00 feet along said prolongated North line to
the southwest corner of said Lot l7 and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
