WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Coilllcil for awroval and
for authorization to record final map of Tract No. 8332 located at Wilson
School site on Price Avenue showing certain avenues, drives, places, and
roads by Cupertino union School District; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed
agreement for the construction of streets, CUIbs, am gutters and for
other inprovanents, and c;pod and sufficient bonds, fees, and deposits as
set forth in Exhibit "A", having been presented for the faithful
perfo:rmance of said work and the carrying out of said agrea,¡e¡tt; and said
map, agreement, and bonds having been a¡:proved by the City Atto:rney;
J!Uol, 'lHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT
a. Said final map and' inprovanent plans of Tract No. 8332, be and
the BaIœ are hereby a¡;:proved.
b. '!he offer of dedication for roadway and for easements is hereby
accepted.
c. 'lhe City Engineer and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to
sign the said final map.
d. The City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign the inprovanent
plans.
e. '!he Mayor and City Clerk are,hereby authorized to execute the
agreement herein referred to.
