WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for a¡:.prova1 of
the parcel map and inprovement plans of property located at 10700 North
DeAnza Boulevard (Awle Calputer Project) by CUpertino Gateway Partners;

WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed
agreaœnt for the cxmstruction of streets, cw:bs, and gutters and for
other inprovements, and gxxi and sufficient bonds (letter of credit),
fees, and deposits as set forth in Exhibit "A", having been presented for
the faithful perfo:mance of said 'NOrk am the carrying out of said
agreaœnt; and said map, agreaœnt, and bonds having been awroved by the
City Attorney;

a. Said parcel map and inprovement plans herein referred to are
hereby approved.
b. '!he offer of dedication for street areas and all easements is
hereby accepted.
c. '!he City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign said inprovement
plans.
d. '!he City Engineer and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to
sign said parcel map and have it recorded.
e. '!he Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the
on-site inprovement agreement herein referred to.
PASSED AND ADOPŒD at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of CUpertino this 19th day of AUlnlst , 1991, by the
