CON'lRIBUTICN UNDER THE MEYER-ŒDDES STATE EMPIDYEES MEDICAL
AND HOSPI'l2\.L CARE ACr
WHEREAS, the Govermœnt Code Section 22825.6 provides that a local
agency oontracting under the Meyer-Geddes state Eðployees' Medical and
Hospital Care Act shall fix the am:>unt of the arployer's contribution at
an am::nmt not less than the aIIDunt required under Section 22825 of the
Act; and
WHEREAS, the City of Cupertino is a local agency contracting under the
Act;
NCW, 'lHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the enployer's contribution for
each enployeejannuitant shall be the aIIDunt neœssary to pay the ooBt of
hisjher enrollment, including the enrollment of his/her family IÆ!IiJerB, in
a health benefit plan or plans, up to a maximum of

partnership, is required to contribute to the cost of certain street

Interstate 280; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a ~~

Interest II, outlining the provisions for fulfilling developer's
obligations; and
WHEREAS, the teDns, conditions, and provisions of the aforementioned
