SUBDIVISION MAP N:r AS AMENDED JANUARY 1, 1984,
GUEN;ERICH PROPERTY AND THE PABCDJIAN PROPERTY, LINDY L!\NE
JUST OORTHERLY OF LINDY PIACE
WHEREAS, there has been sul::1nitted to staff a lot line adjustment
between the Guengerich Property and the Paboojian Property on LilJdy Lane
just northerly of LilJdy Place; and IIDre particularly des=ibed in the
attached Exhibits "A" and "B"; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel
map is required; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 664l2(d) of the SUbdivision Map
Act, this adjustment may be made without filing a parcel map;
lU'l, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
CUpertino hereby approves the aforementioned lot line adjustment and
exeupts it fran the requiraœnts of the parcel map.
'!his resolution shall be recorded at the Office of the County
Recorder .

leaving said Northerly line and continuing S28°58'19"E 55.98 feet; thence N64°17'03"E
