SUBDIVISICN MAP AC'l' AS AMENDED JANUARY 1, 1984,

OF SANTA WCIA ROAD AND STEVENS CANYCN ROAD
WHEREAS, there has been sutmitted to staff a lot line adjustment
betJt¡een the King Property and the Garza Property at the southwest oorner
of Santa Lucia Road and stevens Canyon Road; and IIDre particularly
described in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B"; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel
map is required; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 664l2(d) of the Subdivision Map
Act, this adjustment may be made without filing a parcel map;
In'l, 'lHEREroRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
CUpertino hereby approves the aforaœntioned lot line adjustment and
exenpts it fran the requi.raœnts of the parcel map.
'!bis resolution shall be reaorded at the Office of the County
Recorder .
PASSED AND A001".11ill at a regular meeting of the City Council of the

LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
KING PROPERTY
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
State of California described as follows:
Being a portion of Section 115, 116, and 150 as said sections are
shown on that certain mnp untitled "Map of Inspiration Heights
Monta Vista" filed for record on April 11, 1917 in Book "P" of
Maps, Page 13, Santa Clara County Records and being more
particularly described ns follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the westerly line of stevens
Canyon Road, being 40 feet wide (formerly Stevens Creek Road) and
the southwestern line of Santa Lucia Road, being ~O feet wide, as
said intersection is shown on said map, thence South 89° 36' 10"
West 172.72 feet to a point on the southern line of the parcel
conveyed to Lewin S. King, et al by deed recorded March 21, 1983
in Book H 412 Official Records, Page 486, Santa Clara County
Records; thence along the southern line of said King Parcel South
86° 10' 23" West (called South 64° 37' ~Iest in said deed to King)
50.49 feet to the most western corner of said Xing Parcel; thence
easterly along the northwestern line of said King Parcel, North
59° 45' 16" Eûst 73.13 feet; thence leaving said northwestern
line North 39° 29' 25" East 23.76 feet and North 73° 36' 00" East
80.29 feet to a point on the southwestern line of Santa Lucia
Road; thence along said southwestern line of Santa Lucia Road,

follows:

sections are shown on that certain map entitled "Map of
Inspiration Heights, Manta vista", filed for record April 11,
1917 in Book "p" of Maps at Page 13, Santa Clara County Records,
and ,being more particularly described as follows:
Begínning at the intersection of the western line of Stevens
Canyon Road, being 40 feet wide (formerly Stevens Creek Road) and
the southwestern line of Santa Lucia Road, being 40 feet wide, as
said intersection is shown on said map, thence northwesterly
along the southwesterly line of said Santa Lucia Road, North 45°
00' 34" West (record bearing North 44° 58' 00" West) 94.64 feet
to the "True Point of Beginning", said "True Point of Beginning"
also being northwesterly along the southwestern line of said
Santa Lucia Road North 45° 00' 34" West (record bearing North 44°
58' 00" West) 81.54 feet from the northeastern corner of the
parcel conveyed to Marinko Balde et ux by deed recorded November
25, 1985 in Book J 529 Official Record, Page 935 Santa Clara
County Records; thence from said "True Point of Beginning" South

western corner of said King Parcel; thence along said

the southwestern line of Section 150 as shown on said map, said

thence northwesterly along a line parallel to the said
