BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of CUpertino hereby
sets MJnday, October 2l, 1991, 6:45 p.m.; at the CUpertino City Hall,
Council ChanìJer; 10300 '!brre Avenue, CUpertino, California 95014; as the
time and place to hold a public hearing to cxmsider and receive input on
the following elements associated with the solid waste program:
Yard Waste Program
Mandatory Service and collection of delinquent fee therefor
Enviromæntal bill incorporating gartJage, recycling, and nonpoint
source fees.
PASSED AND AOOPIED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
