WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1197 of the City of CUpertino ordains that a
preferential parking zone be established in CUpertino in which parking
will be prohibited on streets as designated by resolution of the City
ChunCil. ExBIpti.on to such prohibition shall be by parking peDlÚ.t as
established in said Ordinance.
N:W, 'lHEREFŒE" BE IT RESOLVED, that said parking prohibition shall
a¡;ply }b)day through Friday if school is in session fran 8:00 a.m. to 3:30
p.m. at the fOllowing locations:
