WHEREAS, M9asurex Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, Grantor, has
executed a Grant of Easaœnt which is in g:xxl and sufficient fonn,
conveying to the City of CUpertino, Grantee, an easaœnt for Stonn Drain
purposes over the property situate in the City of CUpertino, County of
Santa Clara, state of California, IIDre particularly des=ibed in Exhibit
"A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof:
All that certain real property situate in the City of CUpertino,
County of Santa Clara, state of California, consisting of approxi-
mately 0.3922 a=e, located at Inperial Avenue.

Grant so tendered; and

A PERMANENT EASEMENT for storm drainage purposes described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of Block 6 as shown on that certain map
entitled "Resubdivision of Subdivision No.1, Town of Monta Vista" which map
was filed for record in Volume "P" of Maps at page 24, Santa Clara County Records;
thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING along the northerly line of said Block 6,
and its easterly prolongation S89°02'42"E 204,20 feet to a point in a line parallel with
and distant 15.00 feet southwesterly, measured at right angles, from the
northeasterly line of that certain parcel of land described as Parcel One in the Deed
from Blanche Borthwick Woelffel, a widow, to Measurex Corporation, a California
corpol.ltion, recorded October 14, 1975 in Book B662 of Official Records at page 46
Santa Clara County Records; thence leaving said easterly prolongation, along said

intersection thereof with a line parallel with and distant 15.00 feet northerly,
measured at right angles, from the northerly line of Block 6, as shown on that
certain map entitled "Resubdivision of Subdivision No.1, Town of Monta Vista"
which map was filed for record in Volume "P" of Maps at page 24 Santa Clara
County Records; thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING, along said parallel line
and its easterly prolongation S89°02'42"E 214.88 feet to the intersection thereof with
the northeasterly line of that certain parcel of land described as Parcel One in the
Deed from Blanche Borthwick Woelffel, a widow, to Measurex Corporation, a
California corporation, recorded October 14, 1975 in Book B662 of Official Records at
page 46 Santa Clara County Records; said point being the terminal point of the
herein described southerly line.

The hereinabove described TEMPORARY EASEMENTS are to be of no further force
