WHEREAS, there has been sulmitted to staff a lot line adjustment
between Parcel A and Parcel B of the Lands of Voss at the northwest corner
of Foothill Boulevard and Alcalde Road; and IIDre particularly described in
the attached Exhibits "A" and "B"; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel
map is required; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 664l2(d) of the SUb:li.vision Map
Act, this adjustment may be made without filing a parcel map;
NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
CUpertino hereby awroves the aforanentioned lot line adjustment and
exarpts it fran the requirements of the parcel map.
'lt1is resolution shall be recorded at the Office of the County
Recorder .
PASSED AND Awl".11ill at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of CUpertino this 4th day of November ,1991 by the following
vote:
