PROORAM BE'lWEEN THE CXXJNTY OF SANTA CLARA AND THE
CITY OF aJPERTINO
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council "First Amendment
to Agreaœnt", associated with "Agency Agreaœnt for Countywide Household
waste Collection Program", between the County of Santa Clara and the City
of CUpertino"; and
WHEREAS, the provisions, tenns, and conditions of said "First
Amendment to Agreaœnt", have been reviewed and approved by the Director
of Public W:>rks and the City Attorney;
NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
CUpertino hereby a¡:proves the aforaœntioned a': Lcalent and authorizes the
Mayor and the City Clerk to execute said agreement on behalf of the City
of CUpertino.
