AUTfDRIZING EXECUTIW OF J.\GREEMENT BE'lWEEN SANTA ClARA
axJNTY TRAFFIC AUTfDRITY AND THE CITY OF aJPERTIN:)
ROO'Π85, DEANZA BOOIEVARD BRIOOE WIDENING PROJECT
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council an agrea,el1t
entitled, "Cooperative Agreement No. 3-aJP, Route 85, DeAnza Boulevard
Bridge Project", between. the Santa Clara County Traffic Authority and the
City of CUpertino; and
WHEREAS, said agreaœnt provides for the widening of the DeAnza
Boulevard bridge over Route 280; and
WHEREAS, said project is to u'''P=''JSate for the loss of access fran
northbound Route 280 to southbound Route 85; and
WHEREAS, the provisions, teJ:ms, and oonditions of the aforementioned
ayyeement have been reviewed and a¡:proved by the Director of Public \'brks
and the City Attorney;
NCM, 'lHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
CUpertino hereby awroves said agreement and authorizes the Mayor and the
City Clerk to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of CUpertino.
