THE CITY ENGINEER '10 SIGN THE FINAL PIAN; AND AU'lliCRIZ:QI;
EXECUTIW OF l\GREEMENT IN ~IW THEREWITH
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for awroval of
the final plan for the ilIprovaœnt of street frontage located at 10900
North Blaney Avenue and on Hanestead Road by Pacific Gas and Electric
Cœpany; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed
ag¡:eement for the cx>nstruction of streets, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and
for other iIIprovaœnts, and çpod and sufficient bonds, fees, and deposits
as set forth in Exhibit "A", having been presented for the faithful
perfonnance of said work and the carrying out of said agreement; and said
plan, agreement, and bonds having been awroved by the City Attorney;
NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said final plan for the
inprovaœnt of street frontages at North Blaney Avenue and on Haœstead
Road be and the same is, hereby, awroved; and the City Engineer is hereby
authorized to sign said final plan; and the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute the élg¡:ee.ment herein referred to in behalf of
the City of CUpertino.
PASSED AND AOOPl'ED at a regular neeting of the City Council of the
City of CUpertino this 21st day of Januarv , 1992, by the
