WHEREAS, the City staff has revieltll9d the adjustJrent to see if a parcel
IMp is required; and
WHEREAS, in ac<x>rdance with Section 66412(d) of the SUIxlivision Map
Act, this adjustment may be made without filing a parcel IMp;
NCM, 'lHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of CUpertino hereby
awroves the aforementioned lot line adjustJrent and exa¡pts it fran the
requirements of the parcel IMp.

Recorder .
