Dear Council Members
My name is Des, and I am representing the Trustees at Union Church of Cupertino. This letter is
regarding our neighbor Leon Hu of Top Mission Reality and Investment Corporation. Who is on
the agenda for tonight’s meeting. Number 11 on the agenda.

Approving the tentative final map.
To our knowledge the property in question has not been surveyed as of 1/12/24. Describing
property boundaries and markers. Union Church of Cupertino will have a land surveyor come
out and mark our property lines as we believe the property lines go further than the parking lot,
fence and "tree.which is the next idem".

Approving the tree removal permit. Tree # 9
We do not believe at this time any permits should be approved for the Tree removal between
Union Church of Cupertino and said property. Reason being we believe the tree is on Union
Church of Cupertino Property. We are having a land surveyor come out and mark property
lines.
Union Church of Cupertino’s first notification of “anything” regarding next door was on
12/20/2023 and this was regarding tonight’s meeting.
It should also be noted we will not be leasing or renting any parking spaces for this venture.
