ACCEPI'ING QUI'I'C[A]Jo1 DEED AND AUIHORIZATION FOR UNDERGROUND
WATER RIGIfi'S FROM ERIC FANG AND CINDY PAN, SAN FERNANDO
AVENUE BE'IWEEN BYRNE AVENUE AND ORANGE AVENUE
WHEREI\S, Eric Fang and Cin:ly Pan have executed a "Quitclaim Deed and
Authorization", which is in good and sufficient form, quitclaiming all
their rights in and authorizing the City of CUpertino, County of Santa
Clara, state of California, to extract water fran the urxierground basin,
uroerlying that certain real property situate in the city of CUpertino,
more particularly described in the attached Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B",
as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of
CUpertino, County of Santa Clara, state of California,
as sha.-m and delineated on the attached plat and description.
MOO, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of CUpertino accept said
"Quitclaim Deed and Authorization" so ten:iered; and
IT IS FURl'HER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby
authorized to record said "Quitclaim Deed and Authorization" and this
Resolution.
