A RESOLUrION OF '!HE CITY CXXJNCIL OF '!HE CITY OF aJPERl'INO
ACCEPI'ING QUI'ICI.AIM DEED AND AUlliORIZATION FOR UNDERGROUND
WATER RIGHI'S FRCM BOZO MARGAREI'IΠCONSTRUCI'ION INC., A
CALIFORNIA CORPORATION; aJPERl'INO ROAD
WHERFAS, Bozo Margaretich Construction Inc., a California Corporation,
has executed a "Quitclaim Deed and Authorization", which is in good and
sufficient fonn, quitclaiming all their rights in and authorizing the City
of CUpertino, County of Santa Clara, state of California, to extract water
from the underground basin, underlying that certain real property situate
in the city of Cupertino, more particularly described in the attached
Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, state of California,
as shown and delineated on the attached plat and description.
NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city of CUpertino accept said
"Quitclaim Deed and Authorization" so tendered; and
IT IS FURIHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby
authorized to record said "Quitclaim Deed and Authorization" and this
Resolution.

QUITCLAIM DEED FOR UNDERGROUND WATER RIGHTS
All that certain real property situated in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, being all
of Section 14 and a portion of Section 14-A as shown upon that
certain map entitled "MAP OF INSPIRATION HEIGHTS, MONTA VISTA",
which map was filed in Book P of Maps at Pagae 18, Santa Clara
County Records, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of Cupertino
Road (formerly Stevens Creek Road), 40 feet wide, where the same
is intersected by the Easterly line of Section 14-A; thence
from said point of beginning along the Easterly line thereof
Southerly 100,12 feet; thence along the Northerly line of
Section 14, Easterly 50 feet to the Northeast corner of said
section 14; thence along the Easterly line thereof Southerly
100.12 feet to the Southeast corner thereof; thence along the
Southerly line thereof Westerly 100.12 feet to the Southwest
corner thereof; thence along the Westerly line thereof, Northerly
100.12 feet to the Northwest corner thereof; thence along the
Northerly line thereof Easterly 30.12 feet; thence along a line
which is parallel, with the Westerly line of Section 14-A and
and distant therefrom Easterly 5.00 feet, right angle measure,
Northerly 100.12 feet to the Northwest corner of said Section
14-A on the Southerly line of Cupertino Road; thence along said
last-named line Easterly 20.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 12,026 square feet, more or less.
