WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council an ðyl.cauent
between the CUpertino Sanita:ry District and the City of CUpertino relative
to the sanita:ry sewer connections at the City's Blackber:ry FaDn facility;
all as JtPre particularly descrilied in the aforaœntiooed ðyl.ca,áJ.t; and
WHEREAS, the teDI1S and provisions of said dyLcaul!lnL have been reviewed
and awroved by the Director of Public tbrks and the City Attorney;
tm, ~œE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
CUpertino hereby "!:¥Loves the aforaœntiooed ayteElilE!l1t and authorizes the
Mayor and the City Clerk to execute said agreement on behalf of the City
of CUpertino.
