WHEREAS, Philip Lenihan, has executed a ·~tc1aim Deed and
Authorization", which is in g:xxi and sufficient fODII, quitclaiming all his
rights in and authorizing the City of CUpertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, to extract water fran the underground basin,
underlying that certain real property situate in the City of CUpertino,
pre particularly des=ibed in the attached Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B",
as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of
CUpertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
as shown and delineated on the attached plat and des=iption.
N:M, 'lHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of CUpertino accept said
"~tclairn Deed and Authorization" so tendered; and
IT IS FUImIER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is here):)y
authorized to record said "~tclairn Deed and Authorization" and this
Resolution.
