certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of
CUpertino, ßPre particularly descrilied in Exhibit "A" arxi Exhibit "BOO,
attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain reall'Lq>=ty situate in the City of CUpertino,
County of Santa Clara, state of California, consisting of ~u&i-
mate1y 0.032 acres on the south side of Almaden Avenue, west of
Orange Avenue.
