WHEREAS, the City must expend $3,244,747 of General Fund ßDIlÌes for
maintenance of effort (KE) to be eligilile for Gas Tax 210S funding; and
WHEREAS, final accounting of general fund maintenance of effort
expense will oot occur until after June 30;
tm, ~Ú1<l!;, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
CUpertino authorizes the Finance Director to transfer Gas Tax projects to
the General Fund in such anDUnts as may be necessa:ry to meet KE
requirements .
