WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council "Second
Amend1œnt to Agreement", associated with "Pqmc:y J\greetul!!IlL for Countywide
Household Hazardous Waste Collection Program", between the County of Santa
Clara and the City of CUpertino; and
WHEREAS, the provisions of said "Second Ai.Ie!!dIOl!!ht to J\yI:e.:ment" have
been reviewed and awroved by the Director of Public W:>rks and the City
Attorney;
