WHEREAS, Beals landscape Architecture IncoI:pOrated, Consultant, and
the City of CUpertino entered into an ðyL=-ílel1l. on NoveI1Der 4, 1991, for
landscape cxmsultant services for eight school sites at various locations
in the city; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to add clarification to said ðyL=-(IBI1l. as
regarding payment; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council an ðlllBllå IBI(l. to
the afore.,lBl1tÌOlled initial ðyL=-dent; and said amendment has been reviE!loled
and awroved by the Director of Public \'brks and the City Attorney.

Cupertino hereby elW-Lu\leS the aforementioned amenåtlCltl. to the ðyL""""lBIlt.
with Beals landscape Architecture IncoI:pOrated, and authorizes the Mayor
and the City Clerk to execute said amenàœnt on behalf of the City of
Cupertino. .
