WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council an "Þqency
AyLeem,,"ut for a Countywi.cIe AB 939 Inplementation Fee", between the County
of Santa Clara and the City of CUpertino, which provides for the County to
administer the pl'-": LcIIIl to collect fees for the cost of preparing,
aOOpting, and inplementing an integrated waste management plan, all as
pre particularly specified in said agrea,ent; and
WHEREAS, the provisions, teJ:ms, and conditions of said áyLc.:..ent have
been reviewed and awroved by the Director of Public tbrks and the City
Attorney;
tm, ~U<I!;, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
CUpertino hereby authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of CUpertino.
