WHEREAS, Bradley K. Alfred and Peggy Alfred have executed a Grant of
Easanent for Roadway Purposes which is g:xxi and sufficient fODII, granting
to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
easement over certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the
City of Copyrighting, JlPre particularly descrilied in Exhibit "A" and
Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately 0.02 acres on Scenic Boulevard
J!Uol, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of CUpertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to
record said dedication and this Resolution.

Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Parcel A, as said Parcel is shown
on the certain Parcel Map filed in Book 441 of Maps at page 3, Santa Clara
County Records; thence aloog the southerly line of said Parcel A S 89'52'10· E
10.28 feet; thence leaving said line aloog a tangent curve to the right fran
a tangent which bears N 13' 39 '43· E thru a central angle of 11 '14 . 37" with a
radius of 470.00 feet for an arc distance of 92.23 feet to the northerly line
of said Parcel A; thence along said northerly line N 89'52'10" W 10.99 feet
to the northwesterly corner of said Parcel A; thence along a tangent curve to
