WHEREAS, . there has been presented to the City Council for approval of
the final plan for the inprovemant of street frontage located on SOuth
Stelling Road by Kamran Haider; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed
agreerænt for the cxmstruction of streets, cw:bs, gutters, sidewalks, and
for other inprovaœnts, and g:xxi and sufficient bonds, fees, and deposits
as set forth in Exhibit "A" having been presented for the faithful
perfonnance of said \\Ork and the car:rying out of said agreaœnt; and said
plan, agreerænt, and bonds having been approved by the City Attorney;
N:M, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 'lHAT said final plan for the
inprovaœnt of street frontage on SOuth Stelling Road be and the same is,
hereby, approved; and the City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign said
final plan; and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute the agreerænt herein referred to on behalf of the City of
CUpertino.

City of CUpertino this 20th day of July , 1992, by the
