WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for awroval of
the final plan for the inprovanent of property located on Lindy Lane by
Dennis Paboojian; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed
éiy.¡.eaœnt for the construction of streets, curlJe, gutters, sidewalks, and
for other inprovanents, and cpod and sufficient bonds, fees, and deposits
as set forth in Exhibit "A" having been presented for the faithful
perfOnnallce of said ~rk and the car:rying out of said agreaœnt; and said
plan, agreaœnt, and bonds having been approved by the City Attorney;
N:M, 'lHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 'mAT said final plan for the
inprovanent of property on Lindy Lane be and the same is, hereby,
approved; and the City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign said final
plan; and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
the agreaœnt herein referred to on behalf of the City of CUpertino.

City of Cupertino this 20th day of July , 1992, by the
