BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of CUpertino sets

10300 Torre Avenue; CUpertino, California 95014-3202; as the time and
place to consider CUpertino Municipal Water Utility Rate increase.
All interested parties are hereby afforded the opportunity to appear
